I am looking for someplace in the kent/federal way area I can catch a catfish or two for my wifes birthday... she has asked for catfish and I have no clue Where and how ? I will be fishing from my float tube.

Not sure if this is the right place to put this question.... but I am reading the new regs and I see in marine area 11, surfperch limit is 10, but it has a note about shiner perch being a limit of 15 and does not count towards surfperch limit. I cannot find any pictures of a shiner perch on the wdfw...

I am just trying to protect the outside a bit, inside I wanted to add one more layer of fiberglass and stiffin it up a little then paint the inside.

To add a little protection on my small fiberglass boat, do I use resin on the outside of my boat or is there something else I should use? It is a 20 year old boat I am trying to redo.
