Re: outrage
AS much as it sucks but the best way to bring back the fish is to stop all fishing even for the tribes. It does no good when they drift net 2 miles of the Skok everyday. The other option is to limit the amount of fish per angler and take the quota down for commies and the tribes as well. Neither of ...

Re: skokomish river?
go to the farm, there is a gravel bar jsut up from the clay bank/log jam hole. that is the most productive hole for me on the skok for chum. the chum seem to hold more in the middle river than along the bank but you can catch along the bank as well. Fish 3/4 of the way up on the bar, there is a nice...

Re: flossing/snagging
everyone has their own views on this and for anyone to tell them they are wrong.....is just plain wrong. I have also snagged fish using every method out there. But snagged way more drift fishing. It doesn't matter how long you leader is, it can still drift into the mouth of a fish. Sure they don't ...

RE:Fishing the Skokomish

I fish Tuesday through Friday last week and took home fish everyday except Friday. I only put in 2 hours on Friday though but still hooked into a ton of fis...
