Cowlitz Silvers

Can someone answer a question for me?

Why did the state change the number of silvers you can keep from the cow this fall? Last year after October 1st it was 6 silvers, this year its 2 all year. I can see changing the numbers if the run is down. what gives?

Also where is Mill Creek on the Cow?

its the creek just below the boat launch. I assume your wondering about night closure. Its for the barrier dam area. From the boat launch to the dam basically. Well just below boatlaunch. They usually start low and change the amount you can keep later in the season.
More fish please!
