Northwest Fishing Reports

Anyone fishing Lake St Clair or Offut? Any fish yet? Trying to decide where to go to get my daughter on some fish!

No reports and takers on any of these lakes? guess Im going to have to just try them all

St. Clair is a nice lake... not sure about fishing it in the colder months as I haven't been out since Oct... We have caught some rather nice trout out of there with a dropshot setup... we mainly fish for bass... I'd say try some of the deep areas...20' to 30' and see what happens... sorry, not a lot of help... lol

Lol yea we fish st Clair a bunch up until salmon run in August September. Just want to see if anyone is doing well now that it's cold and salmon are done

I was on Black Lake the other day catching trout. I ran into a game wardon and asked if anywhere else in Thurston County was any good. He said other than rivers, Black Lake is your best bet for fish now.

trolling works for me. very limited bank angling.

Is your daughter under 14? If so then Longs pond is open year round I believe. Lots of shore access and a dock to fish off of. I don't think adults are allowed to fish though even if they're with children

Can't say I've heard of longs pond?? My daughter is 3 trying to get her some action so she stays interested!

took a drive out there. Seems like a nice little fish pond. Lots of fowl. Not sure I would want to eat the fish, but saw a few jump! Will definitely drop a line in there.

Restarting this post line. I am heading to St Clair this weekend to take my daughter and grand kids fishing. Seen they planted it with a good amount of RBs. Anyone give me some advice as to what to use and where to go on this body of water? It looks like a big spider. Thanks.
