Not knowing what age or brand of your engines, my advice is to locate a premium or premier certified dealer. That usually means they have a master certified tech in the service department.
All the big name manufacturers have a dealer locator function on their websites and a method of locating those dealers that have the top certifications.

I have a 2002 mercury 60hp and a 9.9 mercury kicker that is a 2005. My kicker hasn't worked in a few years there is a loose connection from the ignition and the motor.
