Well tried trout and we usually have a great day. Today must have been the exception. There were 5 other boats on the lake, one of which was trolling to fast and playing there music too loud. They also made it hard to fish with my two daughters ages 4 and 3 because they were using the F-bomb too much and too loud. The only highlight was taking a pic for a guy that caught a two pound bass. I have to say before he weighed it, it looked like a 3 or 4 pounder. He said he looked this lake up on this sight. I told him that the reports were wrong. So to him I have to say that I was thinking of the Deep lake reports not Trout lake. He had a good catch. He shared his secret so I will have to try that setup next time I go to that lake. Although I will do it during the week when there are less people.
