I fished this lake from 4/29 - 5/7. I fished it that whole week. It was amazing. Trout were large, some pushing 15." The first day, limits were abundant for everyone. Then as time rolled on, the lake developed a mill foil and you'd be trolling in the middle of the lake and you thought you saw bottom. The fish don't like it, and neither do I. Since this lake is a good drive for most of those that live around Bellevue and Seattle, don't waste the time nor fuel. The lake has shut down, the fish won't bite, and it's plane old poor. My last outing, on the 7th of May, my buddy and I only caught 7 in four hours. On the 2nd of May we caught and released over 30 trout. This lake is best fished with worms on a split shot sinker, slowly trolled at around 1-1.5mph. Until next year, I guess. Good luck all!
