Top of the morning to you anglers! Me and my uncle "Powder River Russell" went out to Lk Sammamish to look for some Crappie Gang activity. Now we heard that their where some "MADE" crappies out here in this water. Some Tony Saprano type figure in here, so were going to see what we can get into. Go out on the Lake around 6:45am and fished til 12noon. Where using the air and ground attack. Tight line with a jig and using a slip bobber. Pulled out oh faithful the white jig with the curl. Slow for the first hour then BAM! ol Powder River's pole was dam near in the water the drag sounded like he was pulling in a salmon. I looked at my bobber and it took off like he was making his way to the canadain border! I've never caught such huge black crappies in my life and I'm a born fisherman. This was unreal. In these cases you would really catch one and call it good! But I caught 5 "Made" fish and Powder River caught 8 "Made" fish. Now were not in law enforcement but if we were and where taking down an organized crime family, the call us Elliot Ness that just took down the Al Capone family. And the we fished on a boat! hold up the "S.S. Nappy Roots right in front of the boat launch! I took and "L" by Powder River however to start the year off with these monster's I can call it good for the rest of the year! But I won't and I'll be back out their looking for the grand parents! LOL.. I'll hola

are you willing to share your lake location ? i have been looking for a good crappie lake near me .. it's okay to tell because where are one crappie there hundreds more .. i would really appreciate it bro .. BBD

CK14 Im glade to know that you are very protective about your spots , and from a few reports i have read on you i believe you .. however it wouldnt be fair for YOU to speak on behalf of this gentleman . after reading your posting he might not give it up .. so im a little confused as to why or what role you play in this ? not looking for war of words here just , i just really want to know why you felt the need to make your comment , whats worng with just typing "great fish" ..??

i wasn't speaking for him. i said i wouldn't, mainly because it isn't always true that there's hundreds more where those came from. spots can get caught out.
and i don't like your argument that i should just say "great fish", because you didn't either so....

Great catch man. Those are sweet...I need to hit it up so I can get some crappie...ive been trying bass recently...miss getting those fightin crappie.. ;) Happy fishing!
