7/11/2007 1:37:00 PMHey there, I've done a fair amout of catfishing and by the looks of the pictures I'm about 99 percent sure that is a channel catfish.... But I have been wrong before.

7/21/2007 7:35:00 PMThe picture on the left looks like a channel cat, but the picture on the right looks like a yellow bullhead. If its a catfish that's a nice fish, but if its a bullhead, whether it be black, brown, or yellow bullhead that would be a state record

7/22/2007 3:05:00 PMActually I believe the record for the brown is around 12# but thanks. The tail was pretty rounded and not forked like a channel cat, also no spots around the sides or tail.
