Went to Lake Sammamish yesterday with my dad, not sure what to expect, never fished there before. Went about 5:00pm caught tons of baby perch/sunfish and my dad caught a nice bass but lost it at the shore. I got bored of little warm water fish and fished in the issiquah Creek for trout (its ok, I'm a juvenile.) fished in it for a couple hours with a slip clear bobber and a worm/egg. Caught four trout. Only kept one because i hooked its gill, the rest i released since i only got them in the lip. Average stocked trout size, but fought better. Went back to warm water species about 8. nothing big, my dad didn't get anything big either. When it started getting dark, my dad and i just threw a worm, with no weights or anything out there and both caught a brown bullhead. One was pretty nice, and the other was small. they both swallowed the hook, and my dad said they would die, so we kept them.

Pretty good day of fishing, especially for the first time there.
