went to round lake for some large mouth bass today and was pleased by the results. i finally brought the camera so u guys know that i am not lying=). started using green plastic lizards just barely jigging them off of the bottom i ended up with 3 bass to the shore and about 3 more that got off of the hook at the shore. the largest one caught today was my 2 pounder and the smallest was probably only .5 pounds or less. my friend got 2 on but only landed 1 small 1.5 pounder. one of the ones i hooked into was probably the biggest bass i have hooked into at round lake it was truly a monster which is why it so easily got away from me the bass had to be 6 pounds and looked like a small truck coming after my 4 inch lizard. enjoy these pictures.

Hey Max, I went to the boat ramp on Lacamas this evening and almost went to Round instead. All I got was one good strike. lots of little fish, crappies I suppose, jumping all around the dock. I guess I will try Round next time!

the 1.5 pound is the one that has the kid in the red shirt standing there and the 2 lber was pictured by another person and i havent reieved the picture yet. dillpepsi123 i am fishing at the secound dam located on the pond side of the lake. iskiles you should try round, lacamas is best if u have a boat because u can go to the lily feilds for bass or troll the main lake for holdover trout. in march and april infront of the moose lodge is a great place for stocked trout because they are put in right at that dock and they dont go to far away. but yea the boat launch is a good place to fish for crappie bluegill or trout! keep fishing and you will find them
