We fished from the 9th till the 12th. No time of day seemed to be more effective... we did fish all day just about every day. The dock was OK. When we arrived everyone said yellow power bait off the bottom. I never caught anything with yellow powerbait, but we caught a ton with orange and rainbow power bait nuggets off bottom. Ran hook about 6-12" from swivel, swivel was about 12-18" down from weight.

we found a little cove where they bit all day long. We had the most bites off of power bait nuggets, but had more luck bringing in better sized trout and even bass off of Yellow Rooster Tails. Yellow did seem to be the best as we tried a few colors.

We also trolled with rooster tails and flat fish. They both brought stuff in, but the flatfish did better.

All our keepers were about 14". The majority of fish we caught were 12-14", with a couple larger 16-18".

Pretty much everyone works on this lake if you rig your line right and stick with it. But I noticed whenever they stopped biting for more than 20-30 minutes on one thing, I could switch around and find a bait or lure they'd bite on.

we even trolled with a paddle boat and caught a bass off flat fish and a little trout on the rooster tail.

was pretty sunny the whole weekend. Great vacation.
