Team Rudabega would've probably takin the title if there was a tourney going on at Lk. Roesiger Saturday. 12 Largies total with this 4-5 lber and this 2-3 lber thrown in mix. Caught them all on weightless senkos and drop-shots. Amazing day on one of my favorite western Washington lakes. Thank god it didn't close this weekend with all the other seasonal lakes.

Is that cuz you're the bass detective? - in that case, I better trust you. It was darn close - our lake washington post from last week was a 4.7 lbr (our batteries worked), and this one is pretty close to the same size. Thanks for being cool though. :-)

That bass is easily 17 inches long (squared) X easily 12 inches around / 800 = you do the math mr. detective

3+ but not 4+ i don't think, not trying to be rude. sounds like you guys had a great day though, i've never figured the bass out in there yet. that super clear water can be tough to fish. i'll have to get out there again, see if my crappie hole is still good as well..

good job!

actually im new to the NW and i find it to be hiliarious how NW bass anglers love to add weigh to a small fish. But im sure your not one of those guys! trust me im from california and i know what 4lbs look like not to mention what 10+ look and feel like =)

That's a pretty broad statement about NW bass anglers, detective. Trust me, I'm from California?.....you're hilarious! I think that's the same line the Terminator used to get himself into office down there!

CK- We've always had pretty good luck at Roesiger, for largies that is...When do crappie lessons start? Might need to get into that this winter.

Little does the detective know that he just insulted everyone on this site...let me re-phrase that...TRIED to insult everyone on this site

Play nice now. It's good that your from California. They have great bass fishing down there. But please keep the trashing to a minimum. A true fisherman wouldn't put down another in a public forum. Please be respective. Not just to these gentlemen but to all anglers on this site.

edgern, i've found one spot that has just been killer for crappies on that lake, just kinda stumbled across them. haven't been there this year yet though, so i guess they could be gone...if i go out there and catch them again i might tell ya about the spot...maybe ;)
how deep would you guys say those largies were in?

CK, the bigger one was caught pretty early in the morning and I'd say it was in 5 to 8 feet of water near the end of a dock. Second one was caught just after noon, and that was in probably 10 to 15 feet, also off the end of a dock. We never ventured past the first of the 3 sections.

Roesiger is one of more more favorite lakes , but for whatever reason I didn't fish it much this year. Nice fishies.
