11/25/2007 1:46:00 PMHi Jerry, my friend and I were out last week (freezing) fishing on the bottom for perch. Nothing. We live locally, fished the lake for the last 6 months or so, did well for Bass. Is the fishing for Crappie good this time of year?

11/27/2007 10:21:00 AMHi Ken, Yes the crappie fishing is usually good all the way through feb. Don't know what has happend this last week or so, but they are still there. It might have been due to the sudden cold weather we have had. I have always done my best crappie fishing in the rain. I am managing streeters resort, stop on by.

11/29/2007 10:31:00 PMi have stayed at streeters a couple of times. nice little camping spot. streeters canal is also the hottest area in the whole lake to get crappie bluegill and perch this time of year.
