Went to the last day of the Seattle Home Show with my dad and checked it out. it was interesting. Came back around 2:30 pm and had a few hours of daylight left so we decided to go fishing somewhere nearby. Got our boat and equipment ready and headed out to ballinger about 3pm. A few people fishing on the dock and a couple people fishing in their boats, pretty quiet otherwise. we tried for trout and trolled with wedding rings and imitation eggs. Our fish finder said there was fish but we got nothin. Bottom fished and still nothin We got tired of trout fishing so we switched to bass later since we had the stuff for it. Thought I hooked one because my rod was fighting me pretty well but I must have lost it. Fished till about 5:30 packed up then went home. Overall it was fun and okay fishing i guess.

I've heard the Sol Duc and Bogey are doin well with Steelhead. Is it still doin good?
