We arrived at 3 fingers at 4:30 pm, windy and cccold Marc was casting from the shore with one of my most expensive spinner baits and sure enough hung up.So we had to put the boat in the water and retrieve the lour, well sense we were in the lake might as well fish it. Headed to the back to hide from the wind. One little bump on a craw that was all. Fish were all over the lake says the fishing buddy 2202. The lake was higher than I've ever seen it. Makes for easy passage over all the stubs and logs. The water level and wind has moved some log jams in the back of the lake. If you have been there you'll know what I'm talking about. You can now go around the shallow passage through the left side, but along log blocking the way to the open area to the back. We were able to pass by the log and a grass bed. We tried to move it but,we need to bring waiters to help out.I love this lake it looks like one you would see in a bass mag. We will be back with a saw to make it easier to get around. P.S. Wild Cat lake is the closest lake to the 3 fingers still about 5-6 miles away. Good luck to all the bass fishermen the cold is making it tough.
