After nailing fish left and right at Sprague, we came to Liberty. We got there at about 1:00. The dock was packed except for the right side so we fished there. I threw a rapala countdown black and silver. Fist case caught a nice 20" brown. Threw a couple more times... nothing. So I switched to marshmallow and worm bit. Was slow, bit the fish came in at about 3:00 and we caught three more browns over 20" and two very nice rainbows, 2lbs+. Beautiful colors on all of the trout. the the perch started to bit. We bagged a couple 8.5 inchers. Now it's about 8:30 and we got into the catfish. We caught 14 cats over 1.lbs and three just over 2lbs. We ended up leaving at about 9:30. I talked to a couple guys bass fishing. one guy said he caught 11 fish, over over 6lbs. Another guy caught seven fish on my favorite bass lure, the Zoom Brush Hog. And one more guy who caught 10 crappie, 2 14 inchers. So I will be back for bass soon.
