5/3/2008 2:02:00 PMIt seems like this is constant problem when I go out to area lakes. I keep an eye on other people just to make sure these fish aren't abused. Remember, even if your lure is scented, that counts toward your limit of 5, so even if you catch 5 fish on a Hotshot with Smelly Jelly, you have to stop fishing. When you catch them on bait their mortality rate is much higher than if you were to catch them on lures with a single hook, pinched-barb, or pinched-barb fly. Using power eggs, 5 fish and stop fishing, then you're all good and legal. Better yet just use unscented lures and fish all day :)

5/3/2008 2:55:00 PMI acutally like the taste of the stockers better than the holdovers. The stocker meat seems to be fresher.
