I fished from 10-12:30. I had to wait to launch the boat because people were already leaving. I haven't fished this lake in about 34 years. I was amazed at how clear the water was. I fished Tanwax which is just down the road and it isn't that clear. The temp in the shallower area was 56. I saw people using bobbers still fishing catching trout. Construction workers fished off a dock on their lunch break were catching trout. There were several people trolling around the lake. I could see trout in the area right off the ramp but they were not interested in night crawler-maggots or orange eggs, or the spinners I was throwing. So I started to troll with a wedding ring and the worm got bit off. I switched to the Z-RAY I always get bites on. I caught 2 finally on that lure trolling. It sure was a pretty day.
