Wow!! is all i can say about today. So me and my buddy launch the boat and fish one of my hot warmwater species spot and we caught 1 perch that was around 10 inches in the first ten minutes then nothing. So we see eastside redneck launching his kayak and stayed around him the rest of the day. So we hit a patch of pads and my friend gets a pumpkinseed and a 8 inch bass. So we then go to the back lake where we were using a bobber and a worm and he got a bass and then my bobber starts bouncing and i reel in a 9 inch trout. We then proceeded to go back and forth catching around 7 more trout. Then my friend reels in a spawning pumpkinseed. So we then decided to troll for some trout in the main lake and we caught 3 more and as we were trolling shallow i picked up another perch. Eastside then says he sees some pumpkinseed beds so we switch up to a worm. When we arrive there we see the beds and those fish were aggressive as we then caught and released around 16 pumpkinseed. Of those 16, 7 of them were full of eggs. As we were fishing for the pumpkinseed my friend ends up bringing in a 3/4 pound bass. So it was a great day. All fish were released safely.
