Arrived at the dock after 5 P.M. to help relieve my day day of grief, however I just simply relived more grief. About 8 others on the dock, 9 if you count the invisible fisherman as somebody wasn't practicing the only one rod rule. One person said he had been there most of the day and except for 3 hours when he wasn't around had seen only 3 hits and one landed.

I took stock of my tackle and again realized I didn't have any dynamite or any luck in the box. I fished for close to 3 hours in the wind freezing my behind off all because I wanted to relax after a day of hell. The hits and two landed while I froze but none of the hits were on my rod. Spent more time telling a 6 year old that it wasn't a fish that was making the tip of his rod wiggle but rather the wind. Eventually his older brother looked like he was going to toss the younger one into the lake but changed his mind assumed the lake was warmer than the wind chilled air.

Anyways I finally have been skunked, granted I didn't really try to catch this time around. The fishing was so slow that even the heron that hangs around the dock was missing in action.
