Went out to Pine this afternoon and the fish were biting everywhere. I found most of the big fish were down deep about 25-30 feet. I also found that there were more bites in the deepest part of the lake where its around 40 feet. I caught another cutt and the rest were rainbows. The water temp has risen to 67 degrees again so its warming up after it had cooled down for about two weeks. I trolled my usual pop gear trailing a floating minnow. I caught most of them on a brown trout floating minnow but also some with a rainbow trout floating minnow. I also got to experience the bald eagle swoop down next to me and grab a fish and got a picture of it. Looked like he was coming right at me ! Great day on the lake, great weather, and great fishing.

Great report and cool picture! I tried to get a shot of an eagle yesterday, but was too slow with the camera.
