6/18/2008 7:45:00 AMJust to clear it up.....Washington State requires a boater education card, which is different from a license. Right now it's only required if you are under 20yrs old and are not accompanied by an adult. The State is phasing the law in......After Jan 1, 2008 the age limit goes up to 25yrs old and so on until the age limit reaches 50yrs old. People born before 1955 will never have to get one.
