Well we started out about 3:00 a.m. as soon as the sun raised it was go time. When we though out a Texas rig softbait it hit a 14 pound bass. It was huge my friend Drew Griggs, also caught a 9 pound bass a half a hour later, it was cool. Also the smallest fish was a 6lb. silver, we caught on accident. Hey Michael, I was just scanning through the reports and I noticed that on
6-10 someone claimed to have caught a 14lb bass on loon lake. This would
have been a state record by nearly 3lb. He also claimed to have caught a 9lb
bass and that the smallest fish they caught was a six pound silver. I get
the feeling that either their scale is broken or these guys maybe just a tad
bit dishonest.

Perhaps the report is stretchingggggg the fishing just a bit? Mike
