On Friday I went with my Brother and had a great time . We launched at the DNR ramp and hit the water at about 7:30 and fished all the way to 2:30 we caught about 20 small mouth. all were about 1-3 lbs. The two biggest were about 4-5 lbs. WOW! YA MAN had a great time that day then today I went on a less serious trip with my dad and only caught 5 bass but we caught 4 of them in a cove (which will remain anonymous) the 2 that i caught was a 4lbs. and a 3lbs. My dad caught a 2lb bass and then lost a 5 lbs bass. oh well great day at the lake the boat ramp has a lot of debris on the ramp so bring a shovel . Best thing to do is use a senko and fish structure.

what time of day is that launch open? Does it cost $? Very helpful report keep it up?

The DNR lunch? I have been launching my little 12 foot aluminum at the launch site past tum tum. No debris and not fee. I am cerious where you are launching? Is it the launch site right past 9 mile falls just past the damn there where you have to pay $7? And also what about all the jet skiers there? Are they a problem? Ok, just woundering is all. Hey nice fish by the way, sounds like a great weekend for you. the wind was y i never hit the water this weekend, that and plus the stupid gas prices.
