i know the guy who stocks this lake with 4 to 5 pound trout and a few up to 15 pounds.but you won't get a chance to fish it for it's a private lake.my suggestion is make friends with someone who lives on it.my buddy caught a 6 inch perch while reeling it in a 11 pound or so trout was trying to eat the perch.perch colored rapalas work well. also hotshot's i here.i'm not much of a bass fisherman but have also seen huge bass in the 10 to 12 pound range caught.i highly recommend pipe lake if you can figure your way on to it!!!!!

There are no big fish left in this lake. It did not get stocked this year due to changes in the property management company. All the big fish that were in this lake, both bass and trout have been caught and kept by people who fish this lake and don't live here. I live in Cherokee Bay and fish it a couple of times a week. There are some perch in there but I have never seen a bass bigger than a couple of pounds. I would suggest Lake Meridian, Sawyer or Wilderness, they are all stocked and have great access. Take it from some one who lives on this lake it is not what it is cracked up to be.
