7/15/2008 12:56:00 PMI'm familiar with Lake Cassidy, but haven't tried to catch crappie there. Sounds like fun--can you enlighten me a bit on how to catch them? Do you just let the bobber sit there, or give it little tugs to give the jig some motion? What part of the lake were you at? Not the boat launch, I presume? Thanks, and see you out there!

7/16/2008 9:08:00 AMYeah sometimes you have to change your depth. But you get some small bobbers witht he wood grain looking color, and you cast them out, and just tug, and rell a little or just tug, and let sit for a couple seconds and then repeat, or you can twitch it works well too. Also you can use just a curly tail grub, cast and twitch while you rell in,. WORKD EVERYTIME. I was fishing the eastside of the lake. But There crappie all over that lake. 8 pm it starts getting pretty hot
