OK this report was for last Saturday, but it should be valid for the coming week or so as well. Two of us tried for the Kokanee early in the morning. We started by looking for fish on the fish finder and then anchoring up and using white corn at the right depth. We did catch about 6 that way, but if you do this, use an ultralight, maybe even an ultra ultra light.
When we got tired of this, we checked out the main lake for schools. There were schools that were incredible, in depths of about 25 to 35 feet. We trolled a bit at those depths and added a few more to the cooler, but I should have had different trolling gear with us for that. All kokanee ran from 8.5" to 11.25" in length.
Before we left, we hit the Bass for a while. We found several small LMB and one small SMB, but we only caught about 4 that were over 11", and none, nota, zilch even in the slot limit.
I would say that if you don't mind smaller kokanee, consider trolling at 30 feet (perhaps 6 colors of lead line) with small but flashy lures, maybe even behind flasher rigs. We hit several trolling with cow bells and wedding rings, but we did not have our "controlled depth" fishing equipment so it was hit and miss getting it deep enough.
By the way, launching a larger boat is not easy here. They really cater to their own boat rentals. Not a bad idea if you are not going to troll, but still fish with any group of boats that anchor up - bring your own anchor.
