Went to Lk Fenwick after work to try for trout, with no luck at all. A couple of guys came over and starting throwing worms about 10 feet out from the bank in real shallow water and the bite was on. Baby bass were every where and very hungry. We then moved to the dock in the center of the park and you couldn't keep the fish off your line. Those little guys put up quite a fight. The only problem I had with last night was the other guys were keeping all the bass they caught and the biggest was only maybe 9 inches long. I tried to convince them to C&r but it was like talking to a wall. They wanted to catch the big ones, but DUHHH if you keep all the babies, there will never be any big ones. All in all it was a fun night.

thats a shame, I have a buddy that I go fishing with and he wont keep the babies but he'll keep the mediums. I am strictly cnr. Even the big ones I've caught all caught then released to fight another day.

I've seen people fish at Fenwick with a bucket full of fish sitting next to them. Call the game warden and by the time anyone shows up they're long gone. Fenwick would be a great bass habitat if people actually let the bass get over a foot long. Like you said, talking to a wall....
