So, we were on the lake by 4:20 pm. Flew down to the far west side of the lake... to hit up the old 'honey hole', for some Kokanee. It was our everyday lake for quite a while. Been a while since we had been there. I rigged my pole with pop gear and a wedding ring (any color works), tipped with some Berkley Gulp brown gew. They love it. They are small and they put up a huge fight ! I sent my gear down~anywhere from 25' to 45' down... and fish on . I set my boys pole in the pole holder, trolling along the surface.. within 2hrs, we caught a dozen! All fish were released and back home safe ! Never fails, you throw your line in this water and you're gonna catch a fish. Fish On!

Well mike , I have caught a few SMB out of there in there 2.5lb to 3.5lb range with either white crank bait or a roaster tail seems to work good . Good lake any rate to take the kids and let them slay em !

You're right about those Kokes...they're everywhere right now. People might as well go fish em' out, cuz I hear they only live about 4 years....I have'nt seen one over 14 inches, but they do fight well. Nice report bro!
