My son and I fished from the dock between 11AM-12:15. Using worms with some splitshot, just dropped the line straight down in about the 5 foot range and began catching a ton of perch. Even caught a some "micro" trout to throw in the mix.
Saw a ton of baitfish too but unable to verify species. We C&R all fish, weather was cold but dry with sunny skies, water was smooth as glass. I forgot how fun perch fishing is,...especially with a 2 year old. We'll be back again soon.

Great picture. Now do you think that is a fry that was planted or a Bradley Lake hatch.

Good question,I first assumed it was a plant but I'm not sure if WDFW plants them this small. Does anyone know?
Theirs probably at least a thousand of these little guys all over the lake.
