Had very limited time to get a trip going...so off to the nearest spot.
Fished the north end for about a half hour with nothing except the occasional weeds. Moved to the south end near the dock and finally caught a little stocker bow that couldn't have been longer than 8 inches and that was it for the fish.
Very odd weather patterns today...sunshine with severe wind gusts...even saw a little snow.
The north end looked fairly clear in terms of the water color but the south end looked murky and contained a ton of debris from the trees. Powerbait still seems to be the best producing bait but I had no intentions of keeping my catch and stuck with the kastmaster.
