Finally got some time to fish this week and boy did I make the most of it! Those fish were everywere I caught them on pretty much on everything I threw in. Caught 3 fish trolling a brown woolly bugger size 10 and released all of those I was looking for something bigger than 12 inches. then tried the tried and true roostertails in the bee pattern (1/8 oz) and the black (1/8 oz) sizes proved to be the best size caught 2 biggest being 16 inches released the smaller on that was 14.5 inches. Then got tried and hungry so I put on some powerbait (rainbow) and drifted in front of the navy park a couple times. I endedup eating my lunch on the way home because I caught my 4 remaing fish in 20 minutes the smallest on that set up was 15 inches! A very very good day at kitsap. Oh the water temp was around 50 degrees about 5-10 degrees warmer the bassin will be awsome almost there.
