Went out about 17:30 after Cindy got off work. We couldn't find the Kokanee this evening, and as it was getting late, we didn't run uplake, but stayed in the lower lake area. I got one Kokanee in the boat, lost a few, and Cindy boated two kokanee and a 6# 11oz Lake Trout. Caught all these on wedding ring set-ups in 25-50 feet of water. The lake trout gave her a good battle on the ultralite tackle and will go in the smoker with the Kokanees. Hope to get out and get a few more for the smoker.

Hey ya bobdogg509, Thanks for the concern. We don't target the Macks here on the lake, and usually pick up only a 3-4 per year while fishing for other fish. I would say we've only eaten 4-5 of the lakers in the 8 years we have lived here in Chelan. Usually we will smoke them and gift em out to others who enjoy them. Once again, Thanks and stay well
