Second time at Pine this season and both times have been great. Got to the lake around 2 PM and the dock and shore were both packed. managed to squeeze myself into the right side of the Y-dock as some people were leaving. it was a bit windy in the beginning, wasnt getting many bites. a hour or so in, it seemed like i was getting a bite every 5-10 minutes. maxed out in about 3 hours, let the last one go. finished off with 4 fish but definitely got dozens and dozens of bites, but it was so windy and wavy, somewhat hard to tell so i wasn't able to set the hook every time :/

I was using a 5 ft leader with chartreuse powerbait.

Something odd happened at this lake yesterday:

The first fish I pulled in was...dead and looked almost filled. I'm not sure what happened but I guess as I was pulling my line is, my hook caught a dead fish somehow. I was quite baffled by this...
