I went to Lake Bonney around noon today and only got one small large mouth, but then I stopped by Lake Tapps to to some quick smallie fishing from shore and got this 19" smallie. She hit pretty slow and heavy , but once she figured out he was hooked she fought well. I had a picture with my pole up next to the bass, so it was easier to tell how big it was, but the picture didn't save in my phone. I was in a hurry to get it back in the water. I caught two other small ones and I was outta there. Three fish in 30 minutes, not bad.

It says he was in a hurry to get it back in the water. I'll take that as a no. Gorgeous fish, though :)

No I didn't kill the fish. It says in my post I was in a hurry to get it back in the water. I never keep any bass I catch. Although, I don't really agree with you on the rarity aspect.

Rare??? Its an invasive introduced species that is in almost every large lowland lake! Thanks for the report Bassattic13.
