My wife & I got to the ponds at about 4:30ish and found a suitable spot on the North side of the South pond, in the trees and out of the strong wind. We set up with worms & bobbers, thinking we would get a nibble or two. after a couple hours and no bites I decided to change tactics, power bait on the bottom, 1 hr later & still nothing. We had seen some small fish roll & a few swim by, I had one follow my Rapala in but no nibbles. I had fished here a week or so prior and didn't get a nibble too. It is as though some thing has happened & the fish know you are after them.
