The only thing hotter than the weather is the fishing. We are fishing between the Bar and Rocky Point in the morning. Depths of 170 to 220 are most productive. Most times pulling F-7 purple glow flatfish at 1.4 to 1.6 mph within 5 feet of the bottom is most productive. The Bar itsel is starting to pump out some nice fish. Try an Ace Hi Fly behind an action disk by Wiggle Fin baited with a piece of Northern Pikeminnow. Or risk your gear to catch scads of smaller lakers by the monument with F-7 flatfish.
