Hit up Goodwin w/ Snohobassguy for a morning fish...On the lake by 6:15 and stayed till a little after one. Fished plastics the majority of the day. Found a pattern that worked and stayed with it, didnt find any fish off of the flats on the north end, all fish came off or near docks I Landed about 8 or 9 fish, with 3 good fish, 4-1, 3-1, 3-0. Of course the big one got away, hooked into my biggest smallie by far...well over 5 if not pushing 6. She came straight out of the water right next to the boat jumping like a marlin, spit out a whole crawdad, right back in and under a dock screaming line and then my hook popped out...Soooo close.. Had her on for about a minute. Had three fish spit up hole crawdads on the way up. The overcast skies and very few boats helped out and made for a good morning...plus I skunked Snoho...haha
