Me and my cousin had some fun. Well at least I did my cousin didnt catch anything. I got 2 smallmouth bass about 10-12 inches lost a couple, and caught a nice 10-12inch perch. The water is extremely clear. We could see the bottom at about 12 feet. Surprised we didnt catch any trout though. Most of the smallies we right up under docks or just out in front of them. as the sun got higher we noticed most of the fish moved out to about 20ft of water and were about 8-12 feet down. We had a fish finder with us. I caught the perch drop shotting a 5inch roboworm. The smalles on spinners. I caught tons of little smallies like 3-4 inchers. The lake seems like it would be a great lake to fish at evening time. Midday there are way to many people that are out swimming the lake. I had a great time at the lake and can see myself going back.
