Fished Bitter Lake for the second time. Trolled with a 3 inch grub around the shoreline of the entire lake without a bite from rock bass. I made it all the way back to the far west shoreline at the park with my float tube losing pressure. I pumped in lots of hot air in the parking lot till it was firm. The water was pretty cold and I could feel it through my waders. Hot air in float tube and cold lake doesn't mix well.

When I got back to shore, a boy snagged his black wooly bugger on some tree branches. I helped him get his fly back and found two lures stuck in the tree branches. I kept the frog pattern krokodile spoon and left the crappie jig in the tree.

I later ran into ckim85 on the way back to the parking lot. I joined him for lmb fishing. We both had wacky rig senkos. Caught one small largemouth bass. Casted right next to the pads and waited for it to drop and bam. I left with no fish and one lure.
