Between the wind and the rain fishing on Banks was HOT! My daughter and I were into smallies and walleyes Friday evening and Sunday morning. Nothing real big but plenty of rod bending action. Best bait was leadhead jigs and grubs. Casting and winding for the bass and dragging (wind blowing) for the walleyes. Other methods we used were drop shoting KGM slinkies and senco's. The stormy weather Friday evening produced our biggest batch of "eyes". Most fist caught in the 17'-20' range. Always fun comming to this lake. This past weekend was a "Jack and Jill" bass tournemant. I haven't heard any results yet.
