A buddy and I went to Killarney for the first time. Didn't even know this lake existed even though we grew up in Federal Way. Lucky for the owners of homes around the lake, 'cause we would have raised a lot of hell at that lake!
Anyway, I fished off the bottom from the shore using powereggs, powerbait, and worm and mellow. I got one hit in two hours. I did catch a lot (A LOT!) of green growth from the bottom and it stunk!
My buddy did better with worms and bobber. Caught several blue gill and bass. He did catch one rainbow, but that was from fishing the bottom like I was. I parked up in the church parking lot across the street to save on any worries though.
The topo is missing the two little islands that are in the middle of this lake. Next time (if we go back) we are taking a boat. Nice little lake, very peaceful.
