8/10/2009 10:32:00 AMIt is unlawful to chum or broadcast any substance to attract game fish.
It is unlawful to possess or use live aquatic animals as bait except:
1. Live aquatic animals (other than fish) collected from the water being fished.
2. Live sand shrimp.
3. Live forage fish in the columbia river downstream of the Rocky Point/Tongue Point line.
Fish lake is statwin min. size/daily limit. No special restriction lake.
The use of bluegill as cut bait is not prohibited, considering the state wide min is NO LIMIT on them. As long as you do not broadcast any part of the fish and do not use a live specimen you are fine. And i'll argue the heck out of that.
I haven't caught any perch on fish lake, but the bluegills and pumpkin seeds, a rampant in there, but it's good for the tiger's they love the little guys you can see them swirl on them at the surface about an hour before dark.
Tight lines and heavy nets,
