I took my folks and my two youngest sons fishing at Lake Meridian on Saturday 4/3/04 . We trolled pop gear and green worms,
We got out there about 10:00
a little late but wanted to take the boat out for a try before we head to Neah bay in May. I didn't fish but my folks and boys killed the rainbow
all day. they all got their limit's of fish in the 10 to 12 in'' range. We seen a lot of fish caught off docks and off the shore.
The boat launch sucks for old people with bad knees.
I think the parks department should put docks on these lakes with boat access so these people can get in there boats. the launch is to shallow.
I had to pick my folks up on the swimming dock, I did get some looks and a few remarks from the people on the dock, but I had no choice.
If you can handle the crowds it's a good place to take the kids.
