Went out to silver this morning after a long night of work. The wind was really blowing, but I didn't mind. I started out with dropshotting a robo zipper worm over by the deeper docks. Hooked up with a 2# lm. Then i got a few dinks. The wind was blowing me off the docks pretty quick so i didn't get to work any one area completely. I then proceeded to hit another favorite spot. Got another little dink. Then i shot across and went pitchin. I hooked up with the fish in the pic. He was a heavy fish. Then about two docks later i hooked up with his big brother. But he spit my jig. What makes it bad is that i saw it happened. I would have love to get a pic of that beast. Oh well. There is always tomorrow. With the wind blowing like it was. i would hate to know how many bites i didn't even feel. Fishing jigs and soft plastics in a strong wind, isn't nearly as easy as they make it look on t.v. All fish were released. Keep em wet guys, have fun.
