Fished Cassidy for a little while this morning and got a couple goodies. I only got 3 bites on the worm for the time I was there...a 4+ pounder, a 2+ pounder, and a dink. Super subtle bites from the bigger fish, but what great fighters! The biggest fish also brought a couple pounds of weeds up with him, and felt real huge on the way in...and the bee in photo 2 joined us just in time for the picture. Wish I had more time to bass fish...summer is winding down & I'm back to work full time now, so I cast a rod whenever I get a rare chance these days.

Sweet fish! I'm thinking about doing some fall bass fishing now that the crowds have moved to the rivers. Cassidy is one of my favorite lakes. Shoot me a private message if you want to do some fishing this weekend. Tomorrow might be a good day to hit Lake Stevens. It's supposed to be cloudy with a chance of rain, which means NO SKI BOATS! Woohoo!
