12/6/2009 7:17:00 PMI was on the other pier... and I caught 3 fish up to 3PM... and lost another 3 (byte, but miss hook up). The trick is a single EZ-egg with garlic power bait behind. Shape it so that it looks like a maggot, being the EZ-egg the head. 2 feet lider. Today (Sunday) I caught another 3 fish, being 2 of them almost 3 pounds each (yesterday they were regular size, none above 1.5 pounds). A week ago they were biting really mad. Using barbless hooks and being careful to only release those hocked on the lips (without actually removing the fish from water) I released about 10 fish before I had to quit because I had 5 that could not be released (swalled)... in about 2 hours!

12/7/2009 1:43:00 AMWere you on the pier on the other side of the lake? I had heard they were doing well. Yea I use that setup 1 egg and powerbait but with a 3-4 and 6 foot leader today.
