I posted this previously as a comment to a report submitted by BluFin Loui, but thought I'd add my post here to ensure it gets read. Technically not a report, and way late. But, I'm finally at home in VA and back online, so I can finally express my gratitiude to my BnL I (touchet2) for showing me a trip of a lifetime at RW. What an awesome day on the water. And special thanks to Blufin Loui. We're the other two guys Blufin mentioned in his report (in the "Popeye" boat).What a gracious gentleman: he not only shared tips and tactics, he gave us some of his handtied flies, told us where to fish them, and even gave up the prime spot to us. Unbelievabley kind of him. You won't see that kind of sportmanship here on the Potomac River, that's for sure. Thanks, Loui! BTW, if you have any of the close up photos you took of us, I'd appreciate an emailed copy.

Thanks for the Kind words, and I hope you would find my actions the norm of us washington fishermen/women, and not the exception. I know the folks here on the WL site are a great bunch of people, and have graciously shared info to those with questions. If you could PM me with your email address, I'll shoot the pics over to you. Glad to hear you made the trip home and wish you and yours a great and happy holiday season. If you have probs with the PM, let me know.
