After thawing the boat out from last weeks snow, rain, then freeze; I was able to drain the bilge and get a plug in it. Made it to the lake by 8:30. First step outside was onto a nice skating rink covered with an inch of new snow. Flat on my back and left elbow. Lesson learned. I'm sure the rest of the day will be better. Fished hard all day with late success. I feel that these fish like to sleep in once in a while also. Lake was choppy and 26 degrees air temp. Tried different parts of the lake on the West side after few and far between on the usual East side. I feel most of the fish that we usually get into are scattered on the North end, which I have never fished yet. Gonna wait for Spring for that venture. Came in at 3:00 PM and called it a day. Beats the hell out of watching TV all day, although my oldest son may debate that fact. 1 at 22 and 20 in. and 2 at 18 in.

That's die-hard fishing. Nice job!
